Bereavement is suffering the death of a loved one. Grief is the natural and normal reaction to death. Grief is complex and is comprised of physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual responses.
The death of a loved one is a life-changing and distressing experience. Overwhelming feelings of sadness, loneliness, anger, and hopelessness can be consuming.
Grief can isolate people and cause confusion about faith. The Ministry seeks to remind people they are not alone and God has not abandoned them. Our bereavement ministry team is available to meet with the families of those who are working through a period of loss. For more information contact the parish office or Suzanne at email@example.com
